DVR Expansion

We often receive questions about expanding the storage capacity of traditional DVR systems. Customer want to know if this is possible to do and is it worth it.

Unfortunately, there is no simple answer to these question, but in many cases it is possible, especially if the DRV you are using is a PC based DRV running on a standard windows or Linux platform.

In either case the technologies will vary from Direct Attached Storage via SCSI, Network Attached Storage and iSCSI Storage via Ethernet.
